Standard Tiers: are 36" wide standard tiers may have fixed or movable dividers. Tiers may be stacked to a level of nine tiers in height (7-8 levels are the most common). Both the fixed and movable divider tier have a capacity of 100 lbs

Tops and Bases: are available in 36" width and come in letter and legal depths.Tops are 1" height, base heights are 4".

Tier-General

• Shelf is made of 20 gauge cold rolled steel sheet metal (coated) with a 3/8" hem in the front.
• Shelves take up only 1/8" each which is the thickness of the hemmed steel.
• Sides and back are 22 gauge (coated) one piece wrap-a-round with a 3/4" flanges top and bottom and a 9/16" double flange in front.
• 3 Fixed Dividers.

Base and Tops

• (1" Each) - 20 gauge cold rolled steel with four channel formed sides, 1" high with 3/4" return flange.
• Base (4") - 20 gauge cold rolled steel with 12 gauge side channels 4" high. Slots provided in rear and sides for attaching to adjacent bases.

Assembly
Tiers are joined with drive rivits, and the top and base are joined to the tiers with drive rivits, nuts and bolts. Rivits nuts and bolts are supplied.

Tools Required
Hammer, pliers and a flathead screwdriver.
