Where possible, Fillip will offer multiple shipping options depending on size and quantity of the order. All shipments will be from Fillip's Illinois location and will be sent via ground transportation with approved Fillip carriers.

If there is shipping damage to the product, Fillip will reimburse the difference of the carrier settlement on the item(s) only as long as damage is noted on the delivery receipt. This guarantee is only valid for 60 days after receipt of goods.
