Return Information
Products must be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. Most items
are returnable, however returns are subject to the following guidelines:
- Items must meet the conditions below for proper return and credit.
- For defective or misshipped items, your shipping and handling costs will be refunded.
Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the least cost shipping
method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded
an amount equal to the least cost shipping method. Refunds will not be
provided for items returned via expedited shipping methods. For all other
items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.
- If there is shipping damage to the product, Fillip will reimburse the difference
of the carrier settlement on the item(s) only as long as damage is noted
on the delivery receipt. This guarantee is only valid for 30 days after
receipt of goods.
Proper Conditions for Return
Merchandise
must be in new condition, with its original packing and accessories intact
or may be subject to a vendor restocking fee. If you would like to replace
the item you have returned, please place a new order. To request a Return
Authorization (RA) for an item, please call 800-535-0733. Please
include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package.
No returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will
expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if returned after
that timeframe.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid through a delivery service
which provides tracking or signature information. We can not guarantee
refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable or non-signature method.
Return
processing may take 30 to 45 days. Credits are processed upon confirmation
of the return by our factory. Credits may take 30 to 60 days to appear
on your credit card.
