This policy superceeds all previous freight damage policies.

1% 10 Days Nets 30
Past due invoices may be accessed a 2% service charge per month
Prices subject to change without notice

Warranty

One-year labor, ten years for parts, all of our products except for the track and carriage systems for our bi & trie-file, and movable aisle systems, which have a five-year warranty.

Shipping Guarantee

With the exception of truckload, (at our discretion) all of our products are shipped palletized to minimmize freight damage. We guarantee freight-damaged goods 100% of the value of the product, ony if the following criteria are met:

1. Shipped via Fillip Metal designated carrier (Fillip Metal chooses routing).
2. Damage is noted on their freight recieving ticket.
3. Your company files a freight claim.

Once the carrier make a final disposition and if they have not paid 100% of the cliam, Fillip will reimburse the difference (in the form od a credit or check). If damage is found after recieving the shipment and is not noted on the freight bill, we will look into the matter on a case-by-case basis, but will not assume the complete loss, even if the carton looks to be in good order. If you choose your own carrier, Fillip Metal assumes no liability in any case. If you have any questions please feel free to contact your sales representative or our customer service department.
