Fillip invites you to apply for a credit account. You have three ways in which to apply. You may download the application as a MS Word document and either send it via traditional mail or email. Alternatively you may file an application via an online form. If you fill out the online application you will have the opportunity to fill out part now and continue later but it must be performed from the same computer on which you started the application.
